Thanks for Saying Hi at WeWork South Station

Thoughts from our first pop up.

I was at WeWork South Station on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 to introduce Illumyne to the community.

It was fantastic to hear the feedback first hand as I talked through the demo and to learn more about the challenges our people are facing.

In addition to good conversation, I asked visitors to write down why their work mattered and add it to our board. Here are the highlights:

  • We help good people connect with good people to create strong culture fits and the right roles!

  • Helping people find their place! And making connections with great people - @aalteio1

  • We continue the research and awareness of neuroscience by using a crowdsourcing game

  • My work matters because it gives companies a place to work to make a life, not a living

  • Helping others and making sure everything is ready to go!

  • I help advance companies and offer a smile every time they see me. It’s small, but it matters.

One of the most important conversations I had was about our relationship with the organizations who use our platform. We are intentionally working with smaller organizations because we see our relationship as a long-term partnership, and we want to help them scale in a purpose-driven manner. It takes time, but it’s absolutely worth it.

We will be back at South Station, as well as other WeWork locations, this fall. Please stop by - we love getting to know you.
